The arboricultural industry is governed by numerous standards, codes, legislation and acts. Local Tree Care ensures that all staff and subcontractors are not only aware of the requirements in respect of the adherence to the relevant legislation but that training is provided at least once a year to address any changes or to provide refresher training. Together with this, Local Tree Care also ensures that all relevant insurances are held and are current, a listing of these are provided below.
Workers compensation - Expiry: June 30, 2025
Public Liability Insurance $20,000,000 - Expiry: April 30, 2025
Professional Indemnity Insurance $5,000,000 - Expiry: May 30, 2025
Motor Vehicle Insurance - Expiry September 30, 2025
Equipment Insurance - Expiry April 15, 2025
